WE ASK THAT ALL MEMBERS AND SUBSCRIPTION CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ THIS PAGE CAREFULLY.

FARM MEMBERSHIP:

  • ONCE PURCHASED A FARM MEMBERSHIP CANNOT BE REFUNDED

  • FARM MEMBERSHIP IS VALID FROM THE DATE PURCHASED THROUGH DECEMBER 31ST OF THAT YEAR

  • MEMBER PACKETS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE FARM AND CANNOT BE DELIVERED, YOU WILL RECIEVE AN EMAIL DETAILING WHEN YOURS IS READY FOR PICK UP

  • A PURCHASED FARM MEMBERSHIP WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED FOR USE BY MEMBERS IN YOUR DIRECT HOUSEHOLD AND CANNOT BE SHARED BETWEEN FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD

  • PLEASE BRING YOUR MEMBERCARD (PHYSICAL OR PICTURE) WITH YOU WHEN YOU SHOP AT OUR MARKET, YOUR MEMBER NUMBER WILL BE NOTED WITH PURCHASE

PRODUCE/MEAT SUBSCRIPTION CUSTOMERS:

  • THIS SUBSCRIPTION IS NON-REFUNDABLE

  • PAYMENTS: WE USE A PROGRAM CALLED FARMIGO TO HELP MANAGE THE FINACIAL INTERACTIONS BETWEEN OUR CUSTOMERS AND OUR FARM.  WITH IT, ASHLAN MEADOWS SUBSCRIBERS HAVE ONLINE ACCESS TO THEIR OWN ACCOUNTS.  WE ACCEPT PAYMENT VIA CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.

  • WHEN PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION YOU MAY CHOOSE HOW YOU PAY.  IF YOU WISH TO PAY THE TOTAL BALANCE UP FRONT YOU CAN OR YOU CAN SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN THAT WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT AT THE INTERVALS YOU HAVE CHOOSEN.

  • WE CANNOT CREDIT AN ACCOUNT OR REFUND MONEY IF A BOX IS NOT PICKED UP ON THE DESIGNATED DAY.  IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING COME UP AND CANNOT MAKE IT THAT DAY PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP AND WE WILL WORK WITH YOU ON COMING TO PICK UP DURING ANOTHER DAY/TIME.  

  • IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE YOUR BOX DELIVERED, PLEASE HAVE A DESIGNATED AREA THAT IS IN THE SHADE (OR BETTER YET A REFRIDGERATOR/COOLER) TO ENSURE PRODUCT IS KEPT AS FRESH AS POSSIBLE. IF YOU ARE SUBSCRIBED TO A BOX THAT CONTAINS MEAT/EGGS/OR SPECIALTY ITEMS LIKE DAIRY YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A COOLER OR FRIDGE THAT WILL BE AT THE DELIVERY LOCATION FOR DROP OFF.  WE CANNOT REFUND ANY PRODUCTS THAT ARE RUINED BECUASE THEY ARE NOT KEPT PROPERLY AFTER WE DELIVER.  

  • EACH WEEK YOU MUST RETURN YOUR BOX, BOTTLES, ICE PACKS, ETC SO THEY CAN BE REUSED IN THE FUTURE.  EACH CUSTOMER WILL BE ALLOTTED 2 BOXES THROUGHOUT THE SUBSCRIPTION.  IF WE MUST PURCHASE EXTRA BOXES BECAUSE THEY ORIGINAL ONES ARE RUINED OR NOT RETURNED, WE WILL CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT THE MONEY TO COVER COST OF REPLACEMENT.
